Coffee of the Day

super high maintenance raspberry white mocha

FREE COFFEE DAY! I heart life. I heart it so much that I don’t care how much writing is on my cup.

It’s a lot of writing…

Nope. Don’t care. It’s delicious.

If you’re feeling really brave one day (and like white chocolate and raspberry together) go up to your barista and repeat this: “I would like a triple grande raspberry white mocha, with 3 pumps of white mocha and 2 pumps raspberry, skim milk, extra foam, and no whip.” It’s kind of a mouthful. Like I said, you have to be feeling really brave.

So the Hubbster and I have a new TV obsession: Community. It’s kind of taken over my life the past week and a half, and I’m not even a little bit sorry. Though, I do owe Community an apology. I watched the first few episodes when it premiered, and I wasn’t really feeling it. But I was wrong for not giving it more of a chance. It’s awesome. It’s well-written, tongue-in-cheek, doesn’t take itself too seriously, and constantly cracks my shit. I love it. You should go watch it. Now. Dooooooooooo it.

  1. I just read that and can’t even remember the right order. I’ll just print off your blog post and bring it with me, how bout that?

Also, free coffee day? WHERE IS THAT? Is that from your punchcard? How can I get in on this action?

    1. Haha you should totally do that!!
Here’s how you get in on the free coffee action: Get a Starbucks gift card, register it, and start putting money on it and using to buy your coffee. After you swipe your card 15 times (it’s not actually when you buy 15 drinks, it’s swipes) you get a lovely coupon in the mail for a free drink. You also get free syrups. It’s nice.

  2. Yea, Community is the show I look forward to most every week (even more than Game of Thrones!). I think I may have mentioned it when you got Freshly Pressed from the How I Met Your Mother post. Glad you like it, I am taking full credit for the conversion (even though I am not sure I told you to watch it and that was months ago and who cares what I say)?

    1. Haha I have zero idea if you mentioned it or not. I couldn’t keep up with all the comments those couple of days. It was quite overwhelming, but awesome, lol
But, I hereby give you credit.

      1. Yes! Credit Stolen! I was an early Community fan; I’ve loved The Soup since McHale has been the host (little did I know that Emmy Award Winning Writer Donald Glover, better known as Troy, would be the real reason to watch the show). The Wife and I went on honeymoon in the UK and the first season was starting that fall (we had already watched it when it initially aired in the States). All of the commercials focused completely on Chevy Chase; no one in England or Scotland had ever heard of the other actors, though to be fair, neither had anyone in America.
