Coffee of the Day

Mmmmmmmmm. I actually went and got coffee an hour ago, but had to do real work when I got back (wtf, right?), and I’m just now savoring my uber yummy beverage. Mmmmmmmm. This is one of my go-to summer time drinks. And it’s supposed to be 79 today, so I consider that summer time. I didn’t even wear a coat this morning!

Last night, I was extremely productive. I made a delicious dinner (shrimp risotto–a makeshift recipe that was freaking delicious and I will post later today. I’m so pissed that the Hubbster beat me to the leftovers this morning), had some quality spousal time, made cookies, and did a big baking post! I was really quite proud of myself. Then I read after we went to bed. I was so engrossed in the book that I ended up reading until 12:15. I love it when a book does that. Confession: I was reading the end of the Marriage Plot, which I was supposed to have read for book club over a week ago… but I was sick! And then I was busy… I know. I fail.

I really want to just sit outside all day. It’s so gorgeous. We’re going to have a good week, minus a little rain possibly. Oh well. I can deal with that if it’s going to be this warm!!!

It took me a really long time to figure out how to take a picture of your phone screen. It was actually kind of sad how long it took me… Okay. I confess. I did it on accident a couple of times, but I never figured it out. The Hubbster told me. For shame.
